As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I hold the highest accreditation obtainable in the health and wellness coaching industry. This credential represents training, education and rigorous assessment through global certification with both IIN - a global leader in health coaching education - and examination by the Board.
Professional Experience
As a former professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, fitness and wellness enthusiast, I have always had an intense personal interest in the components that make up optimal and holistic health and an insatiable appetite for lifelong learning in this space.
As a professional Business Transformation Consultant, working with people to facilitate lasting and self-reinforcing change is a skill I have crafted over the last 25 years.
